Champagne Sauce aka Zabaglione Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup champagne
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 Egg Yolks
Directions
Combine all ingredients and cook over simmering water in double boiler. Vigorously whip until thick. A great sauce for fruit or cake.
