LEMON PUDDING DESSERT 3 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup cold butter
  • 2 cups flour
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip, divided
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 2 packages instant lemon pudding
Directions
In bowl, cut cold butter into flour until crumbly. Put into a 9x13 pan and bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Cool.

Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar together. Fold in half the Cool Whip, and spread on crust.

Beat together milk and pudding mix. Spread over cream cheese layer.

Top with remaining Cool Whip. Refrigerate.
