Earthquake Dessert 3 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 box German chocolate cake mix
  • 1 stick margarine, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, room temp.
Directions
Grease 13x9x3". Cover bottom of pan with coconut. Sprinkle chopped nuts over coconut. Prepare cake mix as directed on box. Pour over coconut and nut mixture. Combine margarine, powdered sugar and cream cheese; stir until smooth. Spoon over cake mix. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
