  • 2 pounds brussel sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 cloves garlic , minced
  • 3 slices bacon, cut into small pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt & pepper

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Toss brussel sprouts onto pan. Add garlic, bacon and oil. Season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
  • Cook for 14-16 minutes until bacon is crisp and brussel sprouts are carmelized.
