Strawberry Cream Cheese Bars Recipe

  • 2 packages cream cheese, softened (8 ounce pkg)
  • 1 package Cool Whip (12 ounce pkg)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 pound sliced strawberries
  • 1 package strawberry glaze (small tub)
  • 1 box graham crackers
Combine cream cheese, Cool Whip, vanilla and sugar in a large mixing bowl. Mix until smooth and set aside.

In a separate mixing bowl, combine strawberry glaze and sliced strawberries.

Place a layer of whole graham crackers in the bottom of a 9x13" pan. Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture over the graham crackers. Repeat layers. Top with strawberry mixture and freeze for several hours.

Slice into squares or bars and serve frozen. This dessert will be easier to serve if you slice it after it is only PARTIALLY FROZEN and then allow it to freeze completely.
