Pound Cake 14 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 sticks butter
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 4 cups cake flour (Swans Down)
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon lemon
Directions
Preheat oven to 325°. Cream butter and sugar well. Add eggs, one at a time, to butter and sugar. Then add vanilla, lemon, and milk. Gradually add flour. Mix all ingredients. Pour into pound cake or bundt pan and bake at 325° for 1 hour.
