Cotton Picking Good Cake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 can mandarin oranges, drained (11 ounce can)
  • 1 package vanilla instant pudding (3 1/8 ounce pkg)
  • 8 ounces whipped topping
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained (8 ounce can)
Directions
Combine cake mix, eggs, and oil; fold in orange slices. Bake in a greased and floured 12 X 7 X 2 inch pan for 30 minutes at 350°. When cake is cool, stir the pudding mix into the whipped topping. Add the pecans and pineapple; pour over the cake.
