Peach Cobbler 28 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 7 peaches, peeled and sliced (small)
  • 4 slices bread
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 2 tablespoons self-rising flour
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 stick butter, melted
Directions
Place peaches in casserole dish. Cover completely with bread strips. Combine remaining ingredients; pour on top of bread. Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes or until slightly browned.
