Peanut Butter Cup Brownies 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°. Line 9x9 square pan with foil and butter it. In small bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside. In medium sized bowl, beat together peanut butter, butter, and sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs, one by one. Blend in vanilla. Gradually, stir in flour mixture just until combined. Fold in chocolate chips. Spread batter evenly in pan. Bake 25-30 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool and lift foil from pan. Pull foil aside and cut brownies for plating. Makes 16 brownies.

I prefer the mini-chocolate chips.
