1/2 cup cucumber vodka
1/2 cup tonic water
1/4 cup cucumber juice
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons simple syrup
12 fresh mint leaves
Ice cubes, for serving

To make simple syrup, combine equal amounts of sugar and water into a saucepan. Heat until sugar dissolves; cool.
Place ingredients into a cocktail shaker; shake to combine. Pour into glasses and serve.
