Banana Pineapple Cake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 1/4 cups cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 4 bananas, mashed (large)
Directions
Place dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl and make a well in the middle; add rest of the ingredients, stirring until well blended.

Pour into a greased 9x13" baking dish or 2 greased loaf pans. Add nuts if desired.

Bake at 300° for 1 hour or until done. This makes a large cake.
