Sweet Potato Pie 14 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 sweet potatoes (large)
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 inch pie shell (9 inch )
Directions
Bake sweet potatoes at 400° until tender. Cool, peel and mash. Combine the potatoes and other ingredients and mix well. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until done.
