Rhubarb Cake 26 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 cups finely Chopped Rhubarb
  • 1 or 1/2 Cup Sugar-sprinkle over rhubarb
  • 1 package Strawberry Jello 3 ounce sprinkle over rhubarb
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 Yellow Cake Mix-Dry or White. I use yellow - spread over rhubarb
  • 1 stick Melted Butter. Drizzle over top.
Directions
Place ingredients in a 9x13 pan in the order above.

Bake 350°F for 30 min. If Rhubarb is frozen, Bake 1 hr.
