Chocolate dipped Strawberries 3 Recipe

  • 6 ounces Semi-sweet Chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons bourbon
  • 24 strawberries (washed but not capped) (large)
Combine chocolate, butter and bourbon over moderate heat. Melt mixture, stirring frequently until smooth, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Cover plate with waxed paper. Holding on to stem, dip strawberry halfway into chocolate and place on prepared platter. Repeat with remaining berries. Refrigerate about 10 minutes or until set, but don't store in refrigerator. Store dipped berries in cool place for up to 1 day.
