Vidalia Onion Torte Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 cups chopped vidalia onions
  • 24 ounces Cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
Directions
Pat the onions with paper towels to remove excess moisture. Combine teh onions, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, and mayonnaise in a bowl and mix well. Spoon into a pie plate or quiche pan. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Yield: 15 - 20 servings.
