Vidalia Onion Torte Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 cups Vidalia onions, diced
  • 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
Directions
Pat the onions with paper towels to remove excess moisture.

Combine onions, cream cheese, parmesan cheese and mayonnaise in a bowl and mix well.

Spoon into a pie plate or quiche pan.

Bake at 425° for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
