Sausage and Rigatoni Italian Recipe

  • 1 package Sweet Italian Premio Sausage Links (4 links)
  • 16 ounces can chopped tomatoes
  • 16 ounces can tomato sauce
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 package rigatoni
  • Oregano
  • Basil
  • Parsley
  • Mushrooms
  • 1 medium onion
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh grated Parmesan cheese
  • Begin to boil water for rigatoni.
  • Fry sausage in skillet, breaking into small chunks as frying.
  • Add rigatoni to boiling water and cook until done; drain.
  • Add garlic and onion to browned fully cooked sausage and a splash of olive oil.
  • Toss until combined; add remainder of ingredients.
  • Simmer about 30 minutes or until desired consistency.
  • Serve over rigatoni top with grated Parmesan cheese.
