Rave Reviews Wreath Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package white and yellow cake mix
  • 1 package Jell-o vanilla flavor pudding and pie filling (4 serving size)
  • 1 1/3 cups water
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup Oil
  • 1 1/3 cups Bakers Angel Flake coconut
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • COCONUT CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 2 packages cream cheese
  • 1 box confectioners sugar (16 ounce box)
  • 4 teaspoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups Bakers Angel Flake coconut
Directions
Combine cake mix, pudding mix, water, eggs and oil in large mixer bowl. Blend; beat at medium speed for 4 minutes. Stir in coconut and nuts. Pour into greased and floured 11 cup ring mold or 10-in tube pan. Cool on rack. For Coconut Cream Cheese Frosting: Cream butter; blend in cream cheese. Add sugar, alternately with milk, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla. Spread frosting over top and sides of cake. Sprinkle coconut over frosting.
