Sponge Cake 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 7 Egg Whites
  • 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 7 egg yolks
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 4 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Beat the egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff. In another bowl, mix the remaining ingredients. Fold in the egg whites lightly with a spoon. Pour into a 9x13 pan and bake at 350° for 55 minutes.
