Chocolate Zucchini Cake 14 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups grated zucchini
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Frosting
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2/3 cup cocoa
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Mix together the flour, sugar, soda, cinnamon, salt, baking powder and cocoa. In a large bowl combine remaining ingredients. Stir in the dry ingredients. Put in a 9x13 pan. Bake at 325° for 30-40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool. Combine frosting ingredients and frost cake.
