Dessert Cheese Ball Recipe

  • 1 package cream cheese, softened (8 ounce pkg)
  • 1/2 cup Butter-Only Butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon Desired Flavoring
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
Beat the cream cheese, butter and flavoring till fluffy. Gradually blend in sugars. Add anything else you want: chips, nuts, etc. Cover in plastic wrap and cool for 2 hours. Shape into ball or divide into several balls and flavor each different. Roll in crumbs, nuts or whatever. Match holidays; mint flavoring, mini chocolate chips and rolled in crushed oreos for St. Patrick Day, cherries inside, pecans and coconut outside for Valentine's Day and so on. The skies the limit! Serve it on a plate surrounded by graham crackers, plain, cinnamon or chocolate.
