Sweet and Spciy Sausage Marsala Recipe

  • 16 fresh sweet italian sausage - cut into two inch pieces
  • 1 green pepper - chopped
  • 2 margarine
  • 1/2 ginger garlic paste
  • 2 onions - chopped
  • 1/2 cheddar cheese - grated
  • 1/4 corn kernals
  • 2 tomato sauce
  • 1 sugar
  • 1 cilantro - finely chopped
  • salt to taste
  • Saute ginger garlic paste in the margarine.
  • Add the chopped onions and corn and saute for two minutes.
  • Add in the green peppers and continue to saute until the onions are translucent.
  • In another pan, brown the sausage with the sugar.
  • Add the sausage into the onion, pepper and corn mixture.
  • Add the tomato sauce and salt.
  • Top with grated cheese and cilantro.
  • Serve hot.
