Ingredients

1 package Premio beer bratwurst - cut into chunks
1 package sauerkraut
1 can beer - any kind but Guinness makes it rich and darker in color
2 bay leaves
1/2 teaspoon of hot paprika

Directions

Put all ingredients in a crock pot and set for 6-8 hours.
Serve with beer bread.
