Ingredients
60 Ritz crackers
1/2 cup butter
2 packages instant pudding, any flavor you desire
1 1/2 cups milk
1 quart ice cream, vanilla
1 package Cool Whip (8 ounce pkg)
Directions
Crush crackers. Mix crackers with butter. Press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Reserve some crumbs for topping. Beat pudding with milk. Add ice cream and beat until smooth. Spread on top of crust. Top with cool whip. Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top. Refrigerate.
