Sweet and Spicy Sausage Slices Recipe

  • 2 pounds Premio Hot Sausages, sliced in 2-inch pieces
  • 8 ounces sweet and sour sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Line a 9 x 13 x 2-inch with heavy duty foil.
  • Arrange the sausage in pan.
  • Mix in a bowl: sweet and sour sauce, pepper, brown sugar, and lime juice; mix well.
  • Pour over sliced sausage.
  • Bake for 25 to 35 or until sauce is bubbling. Check the sausage after 20 minutes and spoon sauce over them.
  • Serve them on crackers.
