Hot Green and Premio Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pound Premio Italian sausage - sliced
  • 1/2 pound Premio Italian sausage - sliced
  • 1 cup onion - chopped
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper - chopped
  • 5 pounds fresh mix green, cleaned and broken into small pieces - collard, kale, mustard or any kind
  • 1 teaspoon garlic - chopped
  • 2 teaspoons fresh black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh hot pepper - chopped
  • 1 cup water or little more
Directions
  • In a large pot, cook sausage until done.
  • Mix remaining ingredient.
  • Cook on medium heat until greens are tender.
