Polish sausage Kraut Recipe

  • 2 packages Premio mild sausages
  • 1 onion - diced
  • 1 1/2 ounces ketchup your choice
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 1 head cabbage - shredded
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper
  • Add cabbage, ketchup salt & pepper to a pot and boil.
  • Cut sausages to small pieces and brown in pan.
  • In separate pan brown the onions.
  • Once the cabbage is ready lower the heat to simmer and add mushrooms, onions, and sausage.
  • Simmer for an hour. Let stand and serve with any meats such as turkey, roasts, pork, etc.
