2.Combine all ingredients in mixer bowl and blend well.
3.Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
4.Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. (325 degrees if using a heavy, coated, or dark Bundt or cupcake pan). Toothpick inserted in center should come out clean.
5.Cool for 25 mins before inverting out of pan.
