Fresh Blueberry Pie Recipe

  • 3/4 sugar
  • 1/4 salt
  • 4 fresh blueberries
  • 2 butter
  • 3 cornstarch
  • 1/4 cinnamon
  • 1 recipe 9 inch double crust pie
Preheat oven to 425. Mix sugar, cornstarch, salt and cinnamon. Sprinkle over berries. Line pie dish with one pie crust. Pour berry mixture into the crust and dot with butter. Put on top crust and crimp the edges. Make slits in the top crust. Bake pie on lower shelf of oven for 50 minutes until crust is golden brown.
