Peanut Brittle 94 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups salted peanuts
  • 1 1/2 cups white sugar
Directions
Measure peanuts. Butter board and crush peanuts with rolling pin. Put peanuts back in cup. Warm by stove. Melt sugar in heavy skillet until just melts. Put in peanuts. Stir and dump out on board and roll.
