Slow Cooker Chicken & Rice Recipe

  • Serves 4
  • 3 cans each) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted (10 3/4 ounces cans)
  • 2 cups uncooked instant rice
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
1. Combine soup, rice and water in Crock-Pot slow cooker. Add chicken; sprinkle with salt, paprika and pepper. Sprinkle celery over chicken.

2. Cover; cook on LOW for 6-8 hours, or on HIGH for 3-4 hours.
