Slow Cooker Lasagna Recipe

Ingredients
  • 8 lasagna noodles uncooked
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 28 ounces spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms (4 ounce can)
  • 15 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Directions
Break noodles place half in greased slow cooker. Brown and drain beef in pan. Stir in seasoning spread half over noodles in slow cooker. Layer half the sauce, water, mushrooms, and cheeses over beef. Repeat layers. Cook on low for 5 hours.
