  • 9 pounds hashbrowns
  • 2 pounds shredded cheddar cheese
  • 72 ounces sour cream
  • 3 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 3 cans cream of celery soup
  • diced onion
  • parsley
  • pepper
Directions
Combine everything in large roaster and cook until potatoes are tender.
