Sweet Corn - Freezing Recipe

Ingredients
  • 24 cups sweet corn, uncooked
  • 2 cups milk (1 or 2%)
  • 1 cup real butter
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons canning salt
Container: Large roaster
Directions
COOK
1 hr
  • Combine all ingredients in large roaster.
  • Bake 350 degrees F. for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
  • Cool completely, place in freezer bags, and freeze.
  • You can half the recipe and microwave on high for 20 minutes, stirring half way through.
