  • 1 can Eagle Brand Milk
  • 1 package chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup dark syrup
Container: Small saucepan

  • Combine all the ingredients in a small saucepan and cook over medium-low heat until melted together.
  • Serve over ice cream while still warm.
  • Store unused topping in the refrigerator and reheat to serve.
