Ingredients

4 ripe bananas
4 rounded teaspoon soft brown sugar
1 lemon (optional)
4 teaspoons honey

Directions

FOR THE KIDS: Cut 4 large squares of foil, big enough to wrap a banana. Peel the bananas and place in the middle of the foil. Sprinkle with sugar. Grate lemon. Add a little lemon zest. Cut lemon in half (with adult supervision) and squeeze some juice on each banana. Drizzle honey over each banana. Pick up the edges of the foil and fold over the top of the banana to make a packet. Fold in the ends to seal. FOR GROWN-UPS:

Broil the packets for 2-4 minutes until warm and lightly toasted.
