Spring Salad Recipe

  • (16 oz) cooked pasta
  • 1 large green pepper, diced
  • carrots, chopped
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • Dressing:
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup cider vinegar

  • Cook macaroni, rinse w/cold water, add cut up vegetables.
  • Mix dressing in separate bowl, add to noodle mixture and refrigerate.
  • If pasta salad seems dry after refrigerating, add more mayo and some milk to make dressing a creamy consistency.
