Butter Spritz Cookies 4 Recipe

Preheat oven to 350°. In large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in egg and vanilla. Add flour and salt and mix until blended. Transfer dough to cookie press. Press onto ungreased baking sheet, forming 2-inch rounds. Bake until light brown and firm to the touch, about 10 minutes.
