Bow Tie Pasta Salad Recipe

  • 16 ounces bow tie pasta, cooked and cooled
  • 12 ounces broccoli flowerets
  • 8 ounces cubed Mozzarella
  • 8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 8 ounces sliced pepperoni
  • 12 ounces ranch dressing (can use more if desired)
  • 2 ounces can sliced ripe olives (optional)
  • Grape tomatoes (optional)

  • Toss all ingredients and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
  • Keeps well! Makes a big batch.
