7-Layer Lettuce Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 package Jennie-O Turkey Bacon
  • 1 head lettuce, torn to bite sized pieces
  • 1 package frozen peas
  • 2 carrots, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Container: 9 x 13 cake pan

  • Cut turkey bacon into small pieces and brown in oil until crisp. Drain and cool on a paper towel.
  • Place lettuce into the bottom of 9 x 13 cake pan.
  • Sprinkle with minced onion, shredded carrots, and frozen peas.
  • "Frost" with mayo to cover.
  • Sprinkle with Shredded cheese.
  • Sprinkle cooled bacon on top of cheese.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight.
