  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1 1/2 pounds beef, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 bell peppers, julienned
  • 3/4 cup cold water
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
Container: Wok or skillet

  • Put olive oil, soy sauce, garlic and ginger in skillet or wok and heat through.
  • Add meat, onion and peppers; cook until browned.
  • Add 3/4 cup of water to cornstarch and add to the meat mixture to thicken.
  • This is great served over rice.
