Northwestern Steaks Recipe

  • 4 Filet Mignon steaks
  • 1 cup butter
  • 4 teaspoons chicken bouillon crushed
  • 4 teaspoons Greek seasoning
Container: 9 X 13 glass pan

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • Place steaks in a 9 X 13 glass pan.
  • Mix butter, chicken bouillon and Greek seasoning together in a bowl and then pour over the steaks.
  • Bake steaks in the oven for 30 minutes, turning the steaks over every 10 minutes.
  • Place the steaks in the center of a plate. Take the juice left in the pan and drizzle over the steak.
  • Serve with sticky rice. The best steak you will ever have!
