Meat Marinade Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon ginger
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 3 tablespoons honey
Directions
  • Mix ingredients well and add the meat.
  • Marinade for minimum of 48 hours, stirring every 12 hours as the oil tends to separate and rise to the top.
  • This works great for beef, pork, venison, etc, steak and ka-bobs.
