Crock Pot Beef Ribs Recipe

  • 3 racks of beef ribs
  • SAUCE:
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 cube beef bullion dissolved
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
Container: Crock Pot
5 hrs
  • Bake ribs alone in a pan for 1 1/2 hours in oven at 350 degrees F. Drain fat after baking.
  • Mix all ingredients for sauce in a bowl.
  • Cut sections of 3-4 ribs. Place in crock pot.
  • Pour sauce over ribs. Heat in crock pot for 5 hours on a low setting.
  • Alternate: You may also bake the ribs in the oven with the sauce for 2 1/2 hours at 275 degrees, instead of using the crock pot method.
Note: You may need an additional batch of sauce, depending on the amount of ribs you cook.
