Baked Cod Loins Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pound thawed cod loins
  • 1/4 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs or croutons, crushed
  • Lemon pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (or substitute 1/2 tsp vinegar)
Container: Baking dish
Directions

  • Preheat oven to 450. Place a single layer of thawed cod loin in greased baking dish.
  • Combine ingredients and sprinkle evenly over loins.
  • Bake about 12 minutes, and then broil for 2 minutes.
