Tuna Stuffed Avocado Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 avocados
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 6 ounces tuna fish
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Directions
  • Cut avocados in half lengthwise and remove pits.
  • Brush lemon juice over avocado to prevent discoloration.
  • Blend together fish, salt, pepper, and mayonnaise; spoon into avocado.
  • Chill before serving.
  • Garnish as desired.
