Spicy Tater Tot Casserole Recipe

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 bag of frozen tater tots (regular size bag)
  • 1 can Rotel (I use mild)
  • 2 cans cream of potato soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • Mozzarella or Parmesan cheese
Container: 9 x 13 baking pan

  • Brown ground beef. Drain.
  • Bake tater tots according to package directions.
  • Mix together ground beef, Rotel and soups in a bowl.
  • In a well greased 9 x 13 pan, put baked tater tots in first.
  • Then add ground beef mixture. Spread evenly over tater tots.
  • Add cheese on top - as much as you desire.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F. for 20 minutes, uncovered until cheese melts.
