  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can corn with peppers, drained (11 oz can)
  • 1 can nacho cheese soup, undiluted (11 oz can)
  • 4 cups tater tots
  • 1/2 cup salsa (optional)
  • 1/4 cup sour cream (optional)

  • Preheat oven to 375ยบ.
  • Cook ground beef with taco seasoning mix according to package directions.
  • Spoon meat mixture into ungreased 2 quart casserole.
  • Spoon corn over meat mixture, spread soup over corn.
  • Arrange tater tots in single layer over soup.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes or until lightly browned and mixture is bubbly.
  • Serve with salsa and sour cream.

"I think it would have been better as the recipe was stated, but I thought I would add a can of Ro-tel to the meat for a little spice...it was TOO spicy then. Oops. We did finish it off though."
