Spinach-Cheese Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 boxes frozen spinach thawed and drained well
  • 1 tablespoon onion flakes
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey jack or Colby-Jack Cheese
  • 3/4 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
  • 4 eggs beaten
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray
Directions
COOK
1 hr
  • Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  • Spray 8 x 8 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Pour the spinach mixture into the prepared pan.
  • Bake covered at 325 degrees F. for 50 - 60 minutes.
