Jalapeno Pie Recipe

  • 1 unbaked deep dish pie shell
  • 10 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 10 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Sliced jalapenos - as many as you wish
  • 2 eggs, beaten

  • In the unbaked pie shell, place 1/2 of the shredded Cheddar cheese on the bottom, then 1/2 the shredded Mozzarella cheese.
  • Place as many slices jalapenos as you wish. The more you use, the hotter the pie.
  • Placed the remaining Mozzarella cheese on top of the jalapeno layer; then add the remaining Cheddar cheese.
  • Pour the beaten eggs on the top of the pie evenly.
  • Bake at 400 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
