PAY DAY BARS 5 Recipe

Ingredients
  • yellow cake mix
  • 2/3 cup butter
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 10 ounces peanut butter chips
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2/3 cup light corn syrup
  • 2 cups Rice Krispies
  • 2 cups peanuts
Directions
Lightly spray a jelly roll pan. Mix with a pastry blender: cake mix, 2/3 c. butter and egg. Press into pan. Bake 12 min. at 350 degrees. When 12 minutes are up, sprinkle marshmallows on top and bake another 5 min. Melt in microwave: peanut butter chips, 2 T. butter, and corn syrup. Stir in cereal and peanuts. Spread as top layer in the pan. Cool and cut into squares.
